><p>Monographie <em>Ici mieux qu&#8217;en face<\/em> sous\u00a0 la direction de Fannie Escoulen<\/p>\n<p>Sur l\u2019invitation du Petit Palais, l\u2019artiste Laurence A\u00ebgerter s&#8217;est install\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2020 dans les collections<br \/>\npermanentes du mus\u00e9e des Beaux-Arts de Paris. Interventions in situ, \u0153uvres in\u00e9dites et pi\u00e8ces existantes se sont entretiss\u00e9es avec les \u0153uvres des collections, suivant un fil rouge qui emm\u00e8ne le visiteur de surprises en magie. Cette actualit\u00e9 nous permet de rassembler et de mettre ainsi en r\u00e9sonance, pour la premi\u00e8re fois au sein d\u2019un livre monographique, plusieurs s\u00e9ries de Laurence A\u00ebgerter.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est en r\u00e9v\u00e9lant l\u2019envers du r\u00e9el dans un geste de r\u00e9appropriation que l\u2019artiste plasticienne Laurence A\u00ebgerter construit ses histoires. L\u2019appropriation de cette mati\u00e8re prot\u00e9iforme (dictionnaires, livres d\u2019histoire,<br \/>\nimages d\u2019archives ou glan\u00e9es sur internet, objets d\u2019art, oeuvres mus\u00e9ales&#8230;) agit sur son imagination et ouvre la voie \u00e0 de nombreuses exp\u00e9riences : photographies, livres d\u2019artiste, installations, tapisseries, projets col-<br \/>\nlaboratifs.
